We’ve spent years on the rivers and in the gorges of the Bernese Oberland — long enough to know which pools deepen in July and which ledge gets slippery in August. That local knowledge is the whole point.
Rafting.ch is the Interlaken home of a family that’s been guiding across Switzerland for years, including our brothers at the Engadin Outdoor Center. Different valleys, same standards: conservative, certified, and genuinely fun.
Three things, in this order.
Safety first
Conservative go/no-go calls, water levels checked before every departure, one guide per 6–8 guests, and a walk-around at every obstacle.
Fun second
Small groups, a relaxed pace, and guides who actually enjoy the job. Adventurous without being extreme.

If the guides are filming, you’ll get the footage. But it never comes before the experience or your safety.
